transparent;\">1.<\/span> Driver&#8217;s Age:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum age requirement: 21 years old<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum age requirement: 75 years old<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">2. <strong>License Requirements:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For scooters up to 50cc:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>AM category license (held for at least 1 year), or<\/p>\n<p>Car license (category B) held for at least 6 years, and the driver must be over 27 years old.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For scooters up to 125cc:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A1 category license (held for at least 1 year), or<\/p>\n<p>B category license with code &#8220;121&#8221; (held for at least 6 years and over 27 years old).<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For larger motorcycles:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A2 or A category motorcycle license (held for at least 2 years).<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For ATVs (Quads):<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At least a B category driving license (held for at least 2 years).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> A physical copy of your driver&#8217;s license and ID card or passport must be presented upon pick-up (digital versions via apps such as Gov.gr Wallet are not accepted).<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Rental Period:<br><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum rental duration: 1 day (24 hours).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;There is no maximum rental period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><strong>4. Insurance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All rentals include basic third-party liability insurance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Third-party bodily injury coverage up to \u20ac1,300,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Third-party property damage coverage up to \u20ac1,300,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><strong>5. Traffic Violations and Fines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The renter is obliged to comply with the Traffic Code.<\/li>\n<li>Any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><strong>6. Vehicle Delivery and Collection:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery and collection take place at our main office located in front of the port.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery and collection at the renter\u2019s hotel (within Tinos Island) can be arranged upon request and subject to an extra fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><strong>7. Payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required to confirm a booking.<\/li>\n<li>The remaining balance must be paid upon vehicle pick-up by credit\/debit card, cash, or bank transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;8. <\/strong><strong>Restrictions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following are strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Using the vehicle outside of Tinos Island.<\/li>\n<li>Off-road driving (beaches, rough trails).<\/li>\n<li>Dangerous or reckless driving.<\/li>\n<li>Allowing unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Subletting the vehicle to third parties.<\/li>\n<li>Transporting people or goods for a fee.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Towing other vehicles or objects.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in or attending racing events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><strong>9. Road Safety:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each rental includes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Free helmet for both driver and passenger.<\/li>\n<li>Basic third-party insurance coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Road assistance in case of mechanical failure.<\/li>\n<li>Specialized staff available for full technical support of motorcycles, scooters, and ATVs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><strong>10. Vehicle Refueling:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.<\/li>\n<li>If there is a difference in fuel levels upon return, an additional fuel charge will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><strong>11. Damages and Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In case of damage or theft (partial or total) of the vehicle during the rental period, the renter and any authorized drivers are fully responsible for all associated costs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>* More details are outlined in the Private Rental Agreement upon request.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>12. Road Assistance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Free roadside assistance is available within Tinos Island in case of mechanical issues.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>13.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Rental Extension:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you wish to extend your rental period, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the end of the current rental.<\/li>\n<li>Extensions are subject to availability based on our booking schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14. Late Return:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the vehicle is returned more than 30 minutes past the agreed time without prior notice, an extra day\u2019s rental fee will apply.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>15. Booking Cancellation \u2013 Refund Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depending on the cancellation timing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation up to 7 days before: full refund.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation between 3\u20136 days before: 50% refund.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation within 48 hours prior to rental start: no refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><strong>16.
